The Sales Representative, Stacy, was very knowledgeable and courteous. She led me through the process of choosing the appropriate lift chair for my needs. She was patient and answered all my questions. I look forward to making purchases from MedMart in the future as my needs arise.

Stacy, went above and beyond to help us purchase careAssist ES certified refurbished bed. It was complicated and time consuming for me to deal with card services but she was on the phone the whole time, Thank you for your patience:)

Kristen was so helpful. I was being discharged from rehabilitation with only 4 days notice and no accommodations at home to help with my mobility needs. The social worker had been unable to find me a bariatric bed that could be delivered timely so Kristen worked with me to find a lift recliner that could be shipped quickly so that I would have an alternative until a bed can be found. I really felt that she went above and beyond helping me resolve an issue that was causing me great distress. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate her help and support.

I worked with Kristin, and she was awesome! took her time with me, assisted me with the measuring. and provided a nice discount with additional information regarding MD orders. Thank you! I plan to peruse your website when I have more time to see what other business I may be able to contract for. Also, your company was a referral from the RCFE association in California.
