Everything was great. Do you have any idea when it is being shipped?

This was my first contact with Med Mart and the process seems to work nicely.

Stacy was very helpful and knowledgeable. We knew from the WeCare video which bed we wanted. She helped me pick out the TotalCare mattress, and answered all my questions, such my husband's height, 5'10", and told that we did not need an extender, but could get one later and add it to the bed; you have a bolster to fit the empty space; I wouldn't have known that just from the webpage. Also, she told me to order size Twin XL sheets; I wouldn't have known that either from the webpage. Also, the delivery is to be much sooner than what the webpage shows. It is definitely worth calling the toll-free number. After I talked to her, I purchased it online. We can't wait for it to get here. Thank you, Stacy, for your help. Also, thank you for pricing this bed at a price we could afford. We are retired and our funds are limited now. Will update my review after the bed arrives. We chose to have it professionally delivered and installed, and the 3-yr warranty. We used the 15% off code you get when you first view the webpage. We could have chosen to have it financed, but we decided just to pay cash; that savings of finance fee paid for the professional installation and warranty. I feel very good about our decision on this purchase. We are hope to take care of my husband (Parkinson's disease) at home, versus a nursing home.
