Manufacturer did not complete the build. The foot carpeting is missing. I contacted Customer service Friday Oct 8 9am for a call back and now it's Oct 12th and no one has replied. However before purchasing I was getting full attention for 3 days straight. I will glad when someone returns my inquiry. I travel soon and don't want my feet to slip while riding.

The sales representative was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. She suggested products to meet my need.

I ordered a red scooter the $1880.. One. We cancelled due to husband in hospital. Husband is now in nursing home. Waiting for credit back on husbands credit card. It was ordered Aug. 24. . Dennis J. I received the wrong item and have been trying to resolve. First representative said he couldn't help me and that I would need to get a service ticket and someone would call me back on Monday. Now three days later and no response even after reaching out again. Doesn't seam like it should be this difficult to exchange an item.

Never arrived. Had to cancel after 2 weeks
