I had a 20% off paper coupon which I tried to use in the store but couldn't due to low inventory. Was told to go online to purchase. The coupon didn't have a code to use so I made several attempts to speak to someone but to no avail. My email was also ignored.

I have called and went to your site and I can't find out what you have shipped and what you haven't and the weights on the tracking order doesn't match the listed weights on any of the items and why would send the carrier before the chair because without the chair I have no need for the carrier. The man I spoke with on the phone said he didn't place the order and he could that the woman who placed the order was working on it now and she would get back with me and I am still waiting.

Purchased a new lift chair- the Pride petite-wide raidiance model. It exceeded my expectations! It is worth the cost with all the adjustability, comfort, stability, soft but durable fabric texture and well designed hand control that has heat, head, lumbar, foot, backrest adjustors, two position memory buttons, usb for a phone and a really useful raised toggle swich for the lift. Wow. My mother understands it all and it works nicely. The right sized chair for shorter, wider persons. Assembly of the backrest and connection of wires was no problem for me, being a handy person.

I ordered the carbon ultralight rollator and I’m so happy! Its given me back some mobility in my life I can now walk anywhere I want to go it’s been a life changer for me and it came very quickly. I am super happy about this purchase. I needed something light weight that I could load and unload in my car by myself with my back problems severe spinal stenosis and this is so light and easy to maneuver I don’t know how I have lived this long without it!!
