Hi Carolyn, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re very glad to hear your original purchasing experience met expectations and that the power wheelchair was exactly what you needed. We also appreciate your understanding that mechanical issues can occasionally occur, though we completely understand how frustrating it is to experience a breakdown - especially after only six months. We’re very sorry for the delay you experienced with WSR. Waiting over a month for movement on a repair is not the level of service we aim to provide. That said, we’re extremely pleased to hear that Laura stepped in, took ownership of the situation, and ensured the correct part was ordered . We truly appreciate your continued trust in Med Mart and your willingness to work with us through the process. Thank you again for your honest feedback, as it helps us strengthen both our service partnerships and our customer experience. Thanks, Team Med Mart

Hi Chuck, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience. We sincerely apologize for the mistake in the shipment of the bed and the lack of communication throughout the entire process. This is not how we conduct business and we take your feedback very seriously. We will use this to communicate with the proper teams to ensure this does not happen again. We are glad you finally received your bed, but understand your frustration throughout the process. Thanks, Team Med Mart
