DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY if you need a bed sooner than one month or you may need to return it/get a refund. I confirmed the date that the technician received the bed, medmart told me I would be contacted within 24-48 hours for a delivery. An entire week had passed when I finally got a call from the technician and in the mean time my father had gotten injured falling off the bed and may need a nursing home. I requested to cancel this delivery and get a refund since I may not need the bed anymore and it has not been delivered. Customer service told me on the phone I would need to pay a restocking fee which is generally understandable, however they wanted me to pay more than $600!! Not only that, they also wanted me to pay shipping costs to return a bed I dont even have which is insane. I already paid extra to have a technician deliver and install it. Shipping between a technician and company should be on the company, not the customer, regardless of the situation. Other companies I have ordered from have accepted returns for equipment/supplies in a similar situation with no issues. Medmart is untrustworthy and unreliable for your loved ones

Replace a wheel chair to big for my doorways. Thought I had at least 30 days then find out I have $ and did not get the chair until half of the 7 days. BS!!!
Response from Med MartFeb 3, 2026
Hi Doug, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review about your experience. We apologize for the confusion on our return policy. However, you do have 7 days from when you receive your order to ask for a return - not 7 days from when your order is placed. We would like to work with you to make this right, please send us an email at [email protected]. Thanks, Team Med Mart
