They were so helpful even calling before my cancelation went through that Insurance wouldn't cover the chair I was getting. So I purchased the Geri Chair it fits my husband well and even delivery was good they called and even though the tractor trailer couldn't get to my home he met us to pick it up. Great company for whatever you need.

The ordering process easy, customer service when I got something wrong they were there to make things right with help and ways to make right. Then the delivery gentleman was wonderful and extremely assistive as well as kind. He went out of his way to HELP even though he did not have to. I will order again if need to,
