I see no indication that you have applied the sales tax exemption. I tried to log on this afternoon and found that my password doesn't work any longer and it appears that your password reset process also is not working.

I called customer service several times to cancel an upcoming order. No one returned my call for several days, and the order was placed. I also tried to speak to someone on live chat and waited 2 1/2 hours and never could get a rep. I had to pay shipping charges of about $75 to return the item. That could have been avoided if someone had returned my call.

The delivery was made in two days as promised

We have been waiting for many months and still have not received one item nor a reason
