The Shower Buddy arrived quickly. Putting it together was a challenge. We ended up watching You Tube videos to get it figured out. The chair is rather high for a short person and I struggle to get my husband into it. I wish the foot rest was bigger so I could keep his feet on it while I try to hoist him back onto the chair. We will need to use it a few times to see how it goes.

The process for ordering was very easy. I did contact customer service before ordering to make sure I was getting the right bed for my mom. Stacey answered all of my questions and gave me her extension in case I have any more questions.

It took 3 extra weeks to get my product. When I order the product it stated that is was in stock, but after I paid found out it was not. Will not order anything from them again.
