I ordered a GoGo scooter from MedMart back in October. Shipping has been delayed, not surprising these days. What really bothers me is that you do not respond to my enquiries about a revised shipping date. No one responds to my numerous phone calls, not even when I leave my name & phone number. Pain is a constant problem & I worry about falls. Please let me know when you expect to ship my scooter. Sincerely, JLRutter

This is a very expensive purchase during a time that is fraught with anxiety as we put my mom in an assisted living facility. I talked to Ashley twice - once to answer questions and once to order. She was extremely helpful and kind. I hope that when it arrives, my mom will now be comfortable in bed and can be independent getting in and out of it. Thanks.
