Only interested in making a sale - which they do quite well. However if you have specific questions and/or a specific situation which requires assistance from anyone other the salesperson then good luck. Several phone calls and emails go into the Med Mart black hole - never to be heard from again.

Great company to deal with. Honest, fast, and do what they say they will do. I ordered a scooter, had it in 6 days. It came with wrong Batt. I called them, sent a picture, and in 4 days I had the correct Batt. I would like to thank the person I dealt with thru it all, but I can't give names.

I purchased a $2600 lift chair for my dad for Christmas. Unfortunately the delivery date changed twice, which ultimately meant I was forced to cancel the order before it shipped. It took me three calls to get the order canceled and if ultimately required the original salesperson to call me first. Lynn was polite and understood and canceled my order, however, the $2600 charge is still on my credit card!

The product ordered was delivered quickly despite the busy time of Christmas and package deliveries. The price was appropriate and fair. Will use Med Mart again

I placed an order and the item I ordered said would ship by the 27th. I realize it isn’t the 27th yet but when I placed the order it said someone would call me to explain information about it. My credit card was charged and no one has called. I contacted your Customer service to find out if it will ship. He said he had to email the manufacturer. I assumed which was my fault that you stocked the items you sell. Hopefully someone will let me know something by Monday.

We are having a very difficult time communicating with your customer service. We left several messages and then followed up with an email. We’re responding to your survey now with dissatisfied due to the communication, as our situation has changed very quickly. We purchased a Hoyer on 1127, it got delivered I believe on 12 four, and the following week we reached out to you to return it as we learned that my wife who is going to use the machine or need it will probably pass in the next few weeks. We now know if she should pass in the next two weeks and we are working on returning the brand new Hoyer that we took out of the box but actually never even used to the hospital stays in bed rest. Her transportation is only by ambulance now and her time is limited. We would like to return the hoyer machine for a refund and we need to know how we can do that. We’re hoping you understand the situation was unique and the timing was very unclear at the time of purchase. Look forward to hearing from you on how we can get a refund and return the equipment in the box in pallet we still have. Mike Edit your blanket release is not satisfactory. Your return policy says returns can be made up to 30 days. Any return requests begun after 7 days of receipt will need special approval from the manufacturer. So sounds like you can accept the return request still.

The experience was very easy. Video was so informative especially. We did order the bridle color chair which was more but wanted vinyl instead of cloth. I do wish it wasn't going to take so long though. We ordered today the 21rst of Dec. 2021 and they said shipment day will be the 12th of March 2022. Thats along time. I think the product sounds perfect for my husband and we are patient.

Very nice lift seat. It is heavy, well made but the cushion is hard to form to you bottom. Fast shipping nice removable cushion to clean the seat as needed!
