I ordered a lift chair on August 23, 2021, The order form had the arriverial date as Nov, 4th. I called the check on delivery Nov. 8th. I was told by hthe person that they would have to check to see where the order was at. I called by the 10th and i was told that it was in the making and that we could expect the chair around Dec10th. Called again Dec.13th and again was told that they would check on it. We asked that they call us back and it never happened. Called again a week later and was told the same story. I finally got an email that the chair was shipped. I arrived in Omaha, NB. Dec. 27th. We got a call from the tech to deliver and show us how to operate the chair Jan. 3 or 4th. He delivered the chair on Dec. 6, 2022. He rearranged his schedule to get the chair to us because it had been so long for you to produce the chair. We will not order anything from Med Mart again due to having to wait over 2 months longer that stated when the chair was ordered.

The ordering was quick, the prices were great and the shipping was quick, only problem was the delivery service dropped the ball and did not get the package to me until three days after the original scheduled delivery date.

Used the Chat feature to answer questions before I ordered and my questions were answered promptly.

The lift had obviously been repackaged as it was wrapped with both tape and straps and inner packing was not holding parts in place. Some parts were poking out of the box upon arrival. I had also called to check on the width of the unit when closed and was told 16". It is actually 22" closed and won't fit through some of our important doors where the lift may be needed. Bad customer service and packing of a product designed to improve the care of patients.
