Your website video for the Golden Buzzaround CarryOn mobility scooter was Great & gave me info visually that I couldn't get on other sites. When I called, I connected to Mike Poole. His help was Wonderful. I trusted him immediately. I ordered the scooter on Wed. & it arrived on Friday. I feel like the World has opened up for me. I'm a recent widow & my other Golden scooter was too heavy for me to handle. After a short test ride, I put it into the back of my SUV as suggested in the video & was thrilled that I was able to do it By-My-Self!!!

Your scooter was reasonably priced and whizzed thru website and checkout with no problems. My one problem though is rip price for the upgrade seats. Price should be brought down more reasonable. Thanks, D. Thaxton
