I ordered 2 items that I was told over the phone were in stock. Three weeks later I cancelled one item as it would be over a month out for delivery. Very unreliable and will not trust again!!! I will say the first item was good.

I also reviewed the specifications of the chair to ensure that it was fit my height (5' 2"). I love that the shipping date was posted for each chair. I reached out to customer service to get a couple of questions answered. Julie was very helpful and professional. it was a pleasure speaking with her. I am also excited about receiving my recliner in a timely manner. Overall, an excellent experience. I am certain that I will visit MedMart Online in the near future.
