While I can’t yet review the item I ordered as I have not yet received it…. I can say the ordering of the item was a very seamless process and I found the information provided on the item, return policy and shipping dare to be very good.

Shopping online was very easy. Product had the measurements of the wheelchair to allow me to make the right decision. Shipping advised that the chair would arrive on Monday, package arrived on Friday one day after placing the order.

Very strong and sturdy. I really like it, its a great product.

We had purchased a lift swing thru another vendor which was not the appropriate one We contacted Med Mary for assistance with choosing the correct sling and spoke with an agent who was very helpful. We ordered the sling however when it arrived it was not the one we had ordered. I again called and spoke with an agent. The order was placed and shipping expedited. This time it was the correct sling and it works perfectly for our needs. The customer service was terrific but the initial error delayed us a few days in being able to use our lift
