Why did it say it was going to ship next day then when i oayed it says will ship 3 days later?

Shipping from Arizona to Baltimore area, received Tuesday morning! Amazing! I hope that I don’t have some of the issues with this scooter that others have reported

I never leave reviews, but this time I just had to. Today was not my first time dealing with Medmart. It has always been a true pleasure dealing with your customer service team. Today, Mike P helped me, answering my unending questions with patience and clarity, and asking questions of his own to settle on what was best for me. With his guidance, I ended up purchasing what I believe will be the perfect hospital bed for my husband. Just a note, Mike didn’t try to sell me unnecessary or more expensive options, but I got everything I needed. I could have gone through Medicare, but I know their bed would have been far inferior to what I am now getting. All I want is for my husband to be as comfortable as possible at this juncture. I am confident he will be. Thank you again.
