I got my chair at the end of August and 3 months later it stopped working, I have been commute in communication with the tech support trying to get it fixed they have been helpful and trying to understand my problem.

BED IS WONDERFUL!!! still waiting for the $300+credit & return instructions for the mattress that was sent after being cancelled. it is still sitting outside waiting. i would not let it come in the house. need to do something with this--the rainey season has started! otherwise it will be donated to some person who can't afford one.
