Return information is posted on the main page of the website. It said it would be easy with no hassle but it appeared to be the total opposite. The return details for specific items aren't even posted on the item's detailed information. It doesn't tell us if we can return an item or not. I had to find the hard way that I couldn't return a battery. There is a very long page with information about what items I can return or not on the website and it doesn't talk about not accepting returns on the battery until you get to the end of the page!!! No one is ever going to read the whole page to know that and it doesn't say when I look at items that I can't return them, ontop of that, in the main menu there is information talking about what I can return any item!!! It is very misleading, false advertising, and a trap to take away customers' money and they aren't taking the money of normal people, they are taking the money of handicapped people!!! Horrible service!!! I lost around $300 dollars with no chance of a refund or exchange.

I was happy that I was given what I thought was honest and correct information as well as informed of the current discount, which I really appreciated. It made the difference of when I could order it! I will be getting my item quickly as well! Can't beat the shipping time. Thank you.

The customer service rep who contacted me was most helpful and courteous. The item I ordered arrived on the day it was scheduled and was delivered right to the door of my apartment. Since this was a sit-to-stand to replace one destroyed in a house fire, I am especially appreciative of the good service.
