I received the wrong product. However, the agent who helped me with the purchase is doing everything he can to get it right. New, it’s been four days and I still have not received instructions on how to return the wrong item I received. I have no idea if the right thing will ever come, because I can no longer get in touch with Darrell, the agent who took my order. I am 82 and I would really love some communication about my order. My husband has a power chair and we really need a ramp.

Extremely easy set up. The video on how to remove the lift and other components out of the box and then each step to follow for set up was SO helpful and again easy to follow.The lift works beautifully. The chair was delivered today and looks great. Shipping and delivery turned out to be quick and efficient. My only issue is that I was never notified when it had actually shipped. The notifications went directly from “placed” to “out for delivery” … I had it shipped to my nephew’s place of business so he could assemble it for me, and hoped to give him a little more notice of when it might arrive. Because of this, there was a slight glitch with the delivery, but he was able to contact the carrier who returned with the chair. All’s well that ends well, though.
