I was told from a fellow veteran about our age ( I'm 72 ) and getting around to places. He joked and said I should have somebody push me , or catch a ride. After thinking of different meens of travel, I thought of a scooter and found Med Mart. I saw the electric scooter I wanted. I called them and talked to a very nice woman. She explained the operation of the company and also the scooter that I wanted. My EW-72 Scooter is in transet, and I'm getting daily E-mails from the company, I can't wait to get on it. I put the wrong address, I did not think the order went thru, I had written an email explaining what happened since this was on the weekend, I called also on Monday and it was all taken care of the order with the correct address was processed. Thank you

Your website reported that my wheelchair order would be sent a day after I ordered it online, yet that wasn’t the case, so I had to cancel my order since I needed a wheelchair within 10 days of my order. I made several follow up calls to your customer service dept for updates on my order. Thanks for asking for my feedback!

I never received my order and the Scooter was delivered to a different address from the address I gave you. I paid for my item in full. Where is my scooter! My order number is 1000087665 and was done on May 18, and was suppose to get to me on Wednesday. I am so disappointed and needed my scooter!
