The one thing to improve: item descriptions that are matched by the choices at checkout. But the website is easy to navigate, huge selection, very few clicks to make. Checkout is super simple. I’ll be back.

Easy excellent purchase experience at best price on the internet!

As soon as I received my unit I opened it up the first thing I removed turned out to be the battery box it was cracked and it sounds like something is broken inside Right away I contacted FedEx then I contacted Med Mart they wanted me to unpack the rest of the unit and take pictures and send them to MedMart I did that then they wanted the serial number I could not find a serial number or any instructions or operator instructions I sent them a message wanting to know where the serial number is was got no response by email or phone l called the twice and left a call back number they never called back I feel like I have really been taken

I received a non-working product and Kristen helped resolve the problem. She worked very hard to find the same product and also helped in return the non-working one. Extremely HELPFUL!!
