While I was filling out my online order, I noticed the addition of tax to the order. I feel that medical equipment such as I ordered should be free of tax,so I called MedMart to ask for an explanation. The lady said they were required to add the tax unless there was a prescription. However, she offered me a special promo for my order which actually brought my total below the original price. I really appreciate the response to my call and hope the item I ordered will be as high in quality as are your personnel. Thank you again.

I ordered the standard trapeze. The unit that came is VERY sturdy and well made. No problems assembling aside from the weight of it, but then I am 60, F and about to have a shoulder replaced. No tools required. I’d suggest you assemble in the room where it will be used as it is very heavy and unwieldy. If you’re on hardwood - use towels or something like that to protect floor and slide it around on. Very happy with product. Delivered quickly. Customer service might want to adopt a more standard notification process to update customers on: order confirmation, anticipated shipping date, actual shipping date and anticipated delivery details.
