I was looking for a specific battery and found it easily at Med Mart. Purchase was made easily and now I'm waiting for delivery...nice and easy!

Customer service answered all my questions before I placed the order. She was very knowledgeable about the scooter I was ordering. Now I am counting the days for it to be delivered. Thank you Med Mart for the ease of placing the order.

I’m very satisfied with my order even though I haven’t tecieved the lift yet got the pad last week Tuesday supposedly the lift was shipped same time I recieved an email on shipping tracking # but I cat find it now or who was shipping company

I cancelled my order via email 9 minutes after placing it, and it went ignored. Items were mailed the next afternoon and I’m being charged hundreds of dollars because of manufacturing fees. The item that I don’t need unopened because I don’t need hence my cancellation request. Additionally, the item was a “free item” that’s somehow become hundreds of dollars

Was supposed to get a 50% discount if I ordered over $50.00 my purchase came to $507.32 So didn;t I get discount

I ordered my ramp and Kristen was more than glad to help me with my order. She made sure I knew exactly what I wanted. She was also friendly which made everything go smoothly. I would recommend Medical Mart for any of your needs.
