Not much to say except I received excellent service at Med Mart. This is my second purchase and I was extremely pleased with the help and professionalism both times.

Chair was in excellent condition when received. Carton was damaged badly on one side. By pure luck it was the side with the base of the chair. Otherwise, the damage would have required a return of the chair.. Delivery was punctual and friendly. Damage was noted on invoice and obviously occurred in transit. Chair is functioning well.

The matter was well taken care. The sales person provided all information pertinent to the item and that was sufficient to rate the transaction as excellent.

Ordering was extremely easy the representative was helpful and answered all my questions. Delivery will be a little longer than expected but that’s OK for now.

If you’re thinking about buying one, don’t hesitate. I bought this mobility scooter for my dad. It is so much nicer than expected. It is quiet and drives smoothly. My dad said he got his independence back. He smiles all the time. I highly recommend this scooter.
