I'm not happy that new scooter has been funded and no idea when it will be shipped or arrive? Your agent on the phone said it would ship in 2 to 3 working days, but it's been 6 days and no idea when it's coming! Please follow up with some kind of ETA. Thanks

My husband's old MEDLINE Brace broke and the right side would try to collapse. So I order him a new walker forum you. As soon as ordered i your company sen me an email that his walkerr had been shipped and three days later fedex drove up with his new one and he put it together. Totally disappointed my lift recliner that I paid top dollar for is now stuck in the upright lift position and will not move. They said that they were having trouble with the controlling mechanism. They would not give me a date when they can replace it. So it’s a giant paperweight. A $2000 one! Just a follow up I still have not received a Manufactory defective part for my paper weight of a lift recliner. I specifically ordered it for an upcoming surgery on June 13. Now I have no use for the chair. And they do not return phone calls or emails! It’s still under warranty. Thoroughly disappointed. On that note does anyone need a power lift recliner that just raise and lower your feet. I had to order a new one for the surgery.
