I had a wonderful experience talking with the representative when I placed my initial order. Unfortunately, since my order was placed, I have had little luck getting a hold of anyone to address my concerns. The lift arrived, but no sling. When I called to ask where it was, I was told that it was shipped that day. That was seven days ago. I have called and the phone either rings endlessly and I get disconnected or I’m asked to leave a message and no one calls back. I have tracked the slong and it looks like it’s stuck in Cincinnati. I cannot use the lift without the sling. This has been a very, very frustrating experience as we need the lift usable ASAP. I would really like someone to call me back.
