Good pictures of the scooter. When placing the order the available options were not available on the order form. I wanted the larger battery for us. The light package is not clearly displayed. Apparently there are color options according to the remarks. I'll call customer service as soon as I have time to try to correct the battery issue.
Response from Med MartMar 17, 2026
Hi CB, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad the product photos were helpful, but we’re sorry the ordering process made it difficult to select the options you wanted. Your comments about the battery selection, lighting package, and color options are valuable and will be shared with our team so we can improve how these choices are displayed on the order form. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope our customer service team can quickly help get the battery option corrected for you. Thanks, Team Med Mart
