The person taking my order for a Carroll CS7 Hi-Low Hospital Bed was knowledgeable about this bed and helped me understand the features.

Works well. Did make things a bit more narrow & it took a second to adjust, but we are grateful to have a less expensive option to assist my parents with using the existing shower. We did pay to install it, so I can't speak to the difficulty level, but they did a great job in a good amount of time.

Our Representative was very helpful and informed on the products we had interest in. Stacy was able to help us make a difficult decision with confidence. She let us know what products were available for immediate shipping and which items were on backorder. She even shared a surprising bonus with us, free shipping and a free harness with purchase. Great Service, scooter was delivered faster than expected.

Ordered lift chair. Phone rep lied about delivery date by 5 months. Was told I needed to pay $275 extra to get chair from truck into house. Delivery had no notice of this, I begged for help to get chair in from rain to garage, paid cash. Medmart promised delivery refund but has not come after 2 months. Chair worked exactly 1 month. Waiting in limbo for backordered part. My 80 mother who needs chair to sleep and elevate has useless equipment. Medmart took down negative review I wrote on their site. Viva Radiance is bad chair do not buy, do not use med mart. We are stuck and out over $2000, we still need to physically lift her and elevate her legs every day. I can’t afford to just buy another.
