It’s not even two years old and I’m already having to call your repair office to fix it because it is not working

A pallet with rusty nails and splintered wood was left at my residence. When I called the delivery person they refused to pick it up. It now sits in my yard with me responsible for its disposal which will undoubtably cost me more money and it also puts my child at risk of getting hurt on this pile of splintered wood and rusty nails. I am very unhappy about something being left on my property that I did not authorize and have no way of disposing of. The Delivery company Med Mart uses, Duie Pyle, was rude and not helpful in any way.

The Hoyer lift HML400 is very sturdy and can do the job very well. My wife tested on me. I would ask MED MART to place a video on YouTube for installation. This would help the customer, because a picture is worth a thousand words. The 70011-M sling is very uncomfortable for the resident around the legs. The material is too tough for frail, elderly skin.
