Over $2,000 chair broke in less than 2 years Paid extra for 5 year warrenty. Been waiting since 3rd week of APRIL To get chair fixed!!! Three months and waiting! Over 20 calls make to service department and keep getting run around/excuses! Horrible service! Disabled wife suffering not being able to raise legs. Beware of these ripoffs!

Purchasing this lift chair has been an excellent experience. Delivery was on time and operation of the chair was explained well. The chair is very comfortable and attractive.

Customer Service (Julie) was super helpful--helped me select a mattress and also noted that the mattress that came with my bed would not be long enough for the extension that we needed and she got ordered that for me as well even though they didn't have it in stock. In short, (ha ha), I am very glad I called rather than just ordered online because I got important information.
