When I filled out the info i went back to make sure this is what I wanted (it's a lot of money for me) and it threw my information out, had to start all over! Wasn't happy!

The chair is lovely. The white glove install was on time. Then we realized a couple of the control buttons didn't work. Contacted the vendor immediately, and first off it was difficult to get anyone at Med Mart to answer the phone. To shorten the tale, we are more than sixty days in, with no resolution. We've been patient; now we're just mad.
