It was fast to buy my scooter

I am very pleased with the product. I ordered over the phone. It was simple and the representative was very helpful. I’ve had the product for over a week now. I have not tried to use the portability of it yet. The sling that came with the product was a bonus. I really couldn’t be happier with this product

I received my scooter on Monday and it will not charge. I have made numerous calls to get a service man out to help mem either the battery or charger appears to be the wrong one. I am very disappointed that after 5 days of having my scooter I have not even got a call to schedule a time for a service technician to come out. Since it is now the weekend I am afraid that it will be at least another week with a non-functioning scooter.

Darrell did an excellent job guiding my purchases with integrity and honesty.

I was unsure of what patient lift to get for my wife. She has MS and almost no use of her legs. Mike outlined several choices giving the pros and cons. I also was not sure of what kind of sling to get. He was very knowledgeable about the products and gave me sky numbers to look at. I ultimately went with the Hoyer Advance-E. I'll write another review once I receive it and have used it a bit. Thanks Mike for all your help!
