I love how easy it is to maneuver this wheelchair, and I can easily fold it, pick it up without feeling like I’m breaking my back and put it in our vehicle.

After 3 phone calls and a reach out to the help desk, I am still awaiting a satisfactory resolution for a "guaranteed" bed that we DO NOT HAVE. Basically, this is fraud on the part of MedMart and could be resolved quickly and yet, in 3 months, it is not yet. Going "public" with grievances is not my style, but it appears MedMart is more interested in reviews than resolution.

At first I was disappointed with the sales team. I wanted to get a scooter that medicare covered 80% of. I was turned away because i was told it would take up to a year to get all the paper work needed, (which I already have a prescription) and even then I probably wouldn't get it covered. I didn't expect it to come the next day going thru medicare but being told what I was told upset me I called back a couple days later and ended up purchasing one outright. Which was alot of money for us that rely on Disability Social security/Medicare only That's how desperate I was. It did come about a week or less after ordering with cash. The Scooter I chose was the M-39. My husband spent about a half hour putting it together. Its very sturdy. My only issue is the leg room. Its horrible. Im 5'6 and it feels like my knees are up to my chest. I have to use the foot rests instead if just the sitting position to be somewhat comfortable. My sales person said I would feel comfortable. (That was not the case) She had my measurements and weight. I ask myself why wasn't I offered a chair with more leg room. They do get more expensive the more options you need. But I had to pay cash and this was the best she could recommend. The scooter is pretty stable and doesn't feel clunky. It does what its suppose to do.
