Med Mart is a quick and easy way to shop. However the estimated ship day that is displayed is wrong. Your item will eventually arrive, but not as quickly as you expect.

Did have trouble trying to place my order on line, thought it went thru but did not. However when I phoned sales rep was very helpful and polite and my order went quickly and smoothly.

It is so nice to actual talk to a person, not a machine, and ask questions. All of my questions and concerns were answered so I could decide the best scooter to meet my needs. Old fashioned good customer service.

Lynette was the representative that helped me through the process of buying a hospital bed for my mother. She was patient, answered all my questions, made great suggestions and was very informed about the products and options. Having Lynette as the first impression of Med Mart is a good business pratice. I expect the follow up, delivery and any other needed interactions with Med Mart to go well too!
