I called and spooke at length with a sales agent . I found her responses to my questions, clear and knowledgeable. She was pleasent and helpful . I called back the next day with a couple of other questions about returns and repairs . I was satisified and confortable and placed and order for one of Hoya lifts for my wife.

She has excellent communication skills. I felt like I was respected and my issues were taken into consideration in purchasing the product that best fits my needs.
