Easy for find what I was looking for. Wish I could have reached someone for a question before purchase. If there had been more than one picture of the product I purchased, maybe I would not have needed an answer.

Terrible customer service. I ordered Folding Steel Commode, and it was delivered with a missing part, I reported the case to the customer rep, and they promised to ship the missing part, but several weeks went by, and I did not receive the part. I file for a return, but they did not approve it nor send the missing part. I made a mistake shopping with this "mushroom" online company, I would have shopped with other stores like Walmart or Amazon with even a better deal. I will never shop with them again.

The scooter arrived in the appropriate time and in good condition. It is a little heavier than I thought but doable. I ordered a red scooter and received a blue scooter but that’s not the end of the world.

The box was damaged during shipment and the screws to attach the joystick were missing and my daughter had to go to the hardware store and buy new ones. Other than that, I really like the Zoomer!

We had a great experience with Medmart, both in the store in Kettering and particularly with Lynette. I had many questions about the best choice in a lift chair for my 88 year old mother. Lynette was very knowledgeable, professional and patient as we worked through the selection process. In a couple of words it was outstanding service. Many thanks Lynette!

Loved the video that I saw for the tilt toilet. My ex mother in law is in dire need of one as she has some serious difficulty getting up from the toilet. We are beyond excited to get this. Check out was a breeze as was printing my receipt. Thank you
