Janet and I were concerned about her visiting grandkids and leaving me at home for about 3 weeks. I had fallen 9 times in past year and the last time I could not get up from the floor by myself. Firemen were called and two of them lifted me up. very embarrassing .So I shopped online and found this product that met my needs. Darrell walked us thru the process and was very helpful and assuring. Jim Fordam

Very good buying experience. When the wheel chair, there weren't any instruction on how to hook up the wires. Also the charger on the black stated to read all instructions prior to charging the unit. I would have thought that there would have been warranty card!

Online ordering was a breeze. I need this chair in less than 10 days and I had an online chat with ?? who assured me that I would have the chair before that time period. I would have given you 5 stars if I knew for sure the chair would be here on time!

Ordered a pool lift chair for our special needs son that will be used at our home in-ground pool. This process took a few months of research and decided to work with Med Mart. They gave me the best price and a very professional staff that answered all of my questions and concerns. Hopefully the delivery process goes as smooth. Thank you.

Poor instructions. No diagram explaining parts. We ended up with 3 extra parts. No packing slip. Cup holder was included in box again no description. Cup holder was for the wheel chair. No sling included. Have no idea where it is. Driver left 80 lb box in driveway.

If you have further questions about assembly, we are happy to help. All of our products are shipped to doorstep unless the 'white glove' option is added. I show the sling has been delivered, if you need anything further, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you, Medmart Team
