Ordered a pride scooter online, was lead to believe it was from a store front in Tampa FL and would be shipped free within 24 to 48 hours. In fact I didn't receive it for 3 days late in evening. I was also told no assembly was required that is was on a pallet ready to roll. When it did come, I had to unpack it from 2 seperate boxes & put it together. I also started an account to receive a tracking number to send text messages to my phone, none one was ever sent. Finally, when it was put together & tried the battery power faded quickly on a full charge. I took the scooter on a 4 day getaway to Mississippi, the very first night the battery kept losing power. I ended up renting a scooter because I did't trust the new one, costing me more. I asked to return it, but was denied because I did't keep the original packing containers. Overall it was a nightmare, I had to cancel part of my trip. I would never buy from this company again & will make sure all my friends know of my experience.

It took over a month and a half to get the hoyer lift I ordered and only after i started doing live chats with the company for 10 days. The delivery company held onto the item for over 15 days. We are in a fire zone so I needed a portable lift. I then find out that it will not turn the corner to get into my terminally ill daughters room and contacted the company to return the item. I was told that I could not return it without the original box which the delivery people took with them. The return policy on the website can not be found easily. I then get an email telling me that they can only take it back as used. Now because i did not respond fast enough they say my case is closed and it can not be returned at all. I am furious and out almost $3000.
