Cancel the order and have not heard back from anybody about the status of that cancellation. If anything arrives on my doorstep it will sit there until hell freezes over

When I ordered the product you said it would be to the location dec 12th. Then when you updates the delivery date it is now January 18th. You haven’t done anything other then take my money and delay shipping and you want a review already? He the product to my mother she needs it. After you do something successful then ask for a review. Sheesh.

I think the company is excellent, but unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the service to reach someone to straighten something out was not easy It was challenging, but I will give them three stars would given more if help service been easier to contact and make adjustments

We placed an order online only to find out that what we wanted was not available. They offered me a color I don't like and then said the earliest I could expect my order would be November. I asked to cancel my order and I am still waiting for confirmation 4 days later!!!
