We seem to be unable to process a credit for a returned item. That med Mart was actually very good about assisting with the order, but the manufacturer is not following through with the requests. I’ve now called 3×4 times asking for information on to get this completed, it’s been three weeks for the credit.

I am very disappointed in my experience with MedMart. After failing to explain the delivery process, I had to refuse delivery on my mom’s hospital bed due to a damaged box. And now they have refused to refund my mom’s credit card and are saying she owes return shipping and restocking fees!! For a box that arrived falling apart!! How was I supposed to accept that type of delivery?? For an item as critical as a hospital bed for my mom who has Parkinson’s disease and dementia. Please provide a full refund to my mom. She is on a limited income and cannot afford the time and energy of dealing with another stressful experience.

Delivery of a senior bed and mattress was promised and guaranteed on a certain day and they lied. Delivery was almost 2 days late. Next, the company wanted me the buyer to pay 200 dollars to insure the purchase in case it gets damaged in transit…huh? I have never heard a buyer having to insure a 4000 purchase for potential damages during shipping, i declined of course. Finally, delivery day, mind you for a 78 year bed bound old man, the driver stated he was outside and will leave order on the curb, also a new low, unless i spend an additional 180 to have driver bring it to door. I have never been treated this horrible and unprofessional by any company. I will spread the word to every nursing home and hospice center near me and contact those a bit further to make sure they DO NOT have any business dealings with this company Response: no option for white glove at checkout because that includes delivery and assembly which is only available at a much later date, had expected delivery date of 5/11, not 5/12, then trying to charge 180 to deliver a bed for senior citizens from street to door, there is no justification for this, no response for the 200 you wanted me to pay to insure product during shipping either huh. I stand by what i said and think about my experience with your company and your shipping partner

Thank you for the additional information. I am sorry for your dissatisfaction. When you order from our website, items are drop shipped to the home. We have an additional service called white glove delivery which can be added on. This covers delivery and set up of the product. This service was not added on at time of purchase. We do not provide delivery dates as we cannot control these. Our website states ship by date, you ordered on 5/6, this product shipped 5/8, and was delivered 5/12. We strive for customer satisfaction on every order and we utilize these reviews to enhance performance.
