I have been trying to order a wheelchair for my brother for 5 months who had his toes amputated. They put you on hold. They lose your call. They tell you that they left you messages but no record of them. They say they have contacted your doctor but they have no record. I’ve never seen such a poor company to deal with in Cincinnati Ohio. It’s rare that you can talk to someone at the actual store. You’re always being shuffled through answering services. I’ll never use them again. And still haven’t been able to talk to anyone after about 10 calls and as many days wasted.

5 stars for everything, good bed, fast shipping...etc EXCEPT FOR they/you use a delivery provider that left the 280lbs of bed AT THE END OF OUR DRIVEWAY 60 YARDS FROM OUR FRONT DOOR. Do not order from here if that would be an issue for you. They replied to this review by saying " we offer "white glove" delivery where they bring it in the house and set it up. I did not see this option other than a "we will set it up for you" charge which wasn't needed. HOWEVER, DROPPING IT AT END OF DRIVEWAY 60 YDS FROM OUR FRONT DOOR IS UNACCEPTABLE, FOR NOT EXPRESSLY AND OBVIOUSLY STATING END OF DRIVEWAY DELIVERY...FROM 2 STARS NOW TO ONE...

Thank you for your feedback. Your order was processed without white glove delivery. Without purchasing this service, the products are drop shipped to your home. White glove delivery is service provided by a technician, it includes delivery and set up in the home. This is not typical feedback we receive, as this is an optional, provided service.
