I paused the original order…
I paused the original order (1000545252) because the recipient had some questions. Today, I reactivated the order with the addition of a second pair of quarter rails. Instead of modifying the original order, you made this addition a separate order (1000548649) to be shipped separately. It would be far better to put this onto the original order with everything going to the one doing the installation. This is a gift to someone, and it puts an extra burden on the recipient. However, Sean Lorenz, my sales agent, was outstanding, and very nice to deal with. He deserves your praise.
