I hope the owner of the company sees this. I ordered a stairlift ( order#1000545195) which has the option of the shorter rail or the longer rail at the same price. I needed the longer rail. My order was processed and paid for. Two days later Sean calls me to tell me the longer rail is an extra $800, but they will discount it to $680. I would have to pay before they ship or I could cancel the order. I have my paid receipt with the longer rail listed at the same price. Now all of a sudden their site list it as an $800 option. If they now decided to list this as an extra option it should be on future orders, not orders already taken and paid for. I hope they do the right thing and refund me the $680. FYI- I had purchased the same lift in December 2025 and the longer rail was not an extra cost. Craig UPDATE- Its Two weeks later 10/22/26 and still no available ship date and Zero response to my review.

We understand your frustration, especially after waiting for a firm ship date. This stairlift is made to order, and our team has been actively following up with the manufacturer for an updated timeline, including again today, October 22. Unfortunately, we still have not been given a confirmed ship date to provide you. We also understand your concern regarding the longer rail pricing and are reviewing that separately. We did not want to respond to your review with incomplete information, but we also did not want the lack of a public response to suggest your order was being ignored. We appreciate your patience while we continue working to get you a clear update.

We order a scooter every year from this company. Last 4/26. The scooter had an issued and the front tires wore out. 9/30 we were told they would send to the manufacturer to see if they were under warranty. 10/6 I called to follow up, (4 times no call back!). 10/6 we just went ahead and paid for tires to be sent. Now he is left without a scooter! 10/8 called for an update, no information. We need these tires now. Terrible service!!
