Hi there, On Sept. 21st we sent an email about the expected ship date for this hospital bed. We updated and sent tracking by email on 10/6. I looked up the tracking with Roadrunner and they need to speak with someone prior to delivering a freight item and it's been at the destination terminal since the 8th and calls to the phone number on the shipping portion of the order unsuccessfully. Please refer to your tracking and give them a call to get this scheduled. You can also write into our help desk at [email protected] if you would like detailed assistance providing you with the exact number to call and your PRO # that they will require. Hi there, Larry- this is surprising to hear! I checked your orders and I checked your email in our system and there's nothing at all about a discount for a ramp and your $1700 bed order from March was fulfilled and complete. I see just today, you sent an email asking for tracking on the ramp and that is the only open unreplied message we have from you or we certainly would have responded. I'll be happy to do so now. Ramps are one of the few exclusions to our coupon codes due to the very hefty price of shipping those that we cover with free shipping. To put into greater perspective, the $349 ramp you ordered is over $100 to ship because of its size, 3' wide and 4' long. I hope this information is helpful and we do have your tracking inquiry in the queue for response asap!

I have not yet received my order. No one from your company has contacted me to explain the delay. I did reach out to Darrel Flunker to try to track it but all he had to report was that it’s delayed. It is irritating to get so many sales pitches from y’all when I’ve paid almost $4,000 for a wheel chair that’s not delivered.

We’re sorry for the frustration and understand why the delay was especially upsetting on a wheelchair order of this size. The shipment was dependent on the manufacturer, and our team was waiting for the product to be released and shipped. Tracking now shows the wheelchair has reached a service center in Wellford, South Carolina, so it is moving through the final stages of delivery. We also appreciate your feedback about the communication during the delay, because clearer updates would have made the process less frustrating.

Delivery service was first rate. Individual helped get the packages into the apartment. My son had some difficulty setting the scooter up, but was ably assisted by the Med Mart person he spoke to. My son is quite pleased with the scooter and the additional speed over his previous one. If he is happy, we are happy. Thanks.

Still have not received my order as of 10/10/2026. Order placed 9/18/2026 and credit card charged 9/21/2026. Edit: Difficulties with order were explained by MedMart and full refund was issued promptly.
