Ordered a blood pressure cuff and some refill supplies for my dad from Med Mart. Prices were better than the pharmacy down the street and everything was in the box like it said, but it took about a week to get here instead of the three or four days I figured. not a big deal since we werent in a rush and id order again.

Either through their chat or directly with Darrell Flunker, I have been receiving the utmost and prompt support and assistance. One thing I would like to see improved is the delivery of a fully electric bed. Overall, they have a wide selection and options of products. I will like to see in the near future the acceptance of payments from health insurance companies.

I was told the I could use the Joems hoyer with the Joems bed i purchased but that isn’t true. I specifically asked because I have to use the hoyer to get in and out of bed. You can get it to work but it isn’t easy and you have to lift the hoyer to the max height because of the restriction of the bed frame. I was sold a product worse than my Medicare old bed. I wish I had my Medicare bed back.

We ordered and paid for a bed with the matress and the bed was delivered without the matress. We had to chase it down.
