Received call of delivery 10 minutes prior, two days before estimated delivery. Item dropped off to front of building; will not fit through our doors. Customer support response was no returns. Item sitting outside of building until we can figure how to disassemble enough to get it through the doors.

Quick, easy. Chat was very helpful. Good product video. Welcome coupon made me pull the trigger. I did not like the additional shipping insurance. Felt like a scam.

The scooter was delivered to wrong address by ups. It took 2 hours to get the problem fixed. Ups has been a constant problem for me. I have 1 package too another address. And another of my orders to someone else who made the effort to drop it off to me. I you would consider using another delivery service. The scooter got here in good condition thanks. John

Moving life Atto scooter purchased from Medimart. Bought a moving life scooter for a trip, my husband is unable to walk and I am 76 years old helping him, the attos scooter was presented as easy to unfold it’s not, second is very heavy not able to lift it . Returning the scooter was refused by Medimart the dealer that we bought it from .They said you had 7 days since the time it arrived to open the box and return “they stayed with 2800 dollars and me unable to buy anything else or use the scooter. The seller never mentioned the return policy when we talked on the phone. Beware . I told them they can keep 800 dollars I will pay the shipment for their trouble but return the rest to buy something else. Brand new scooter just sitting there. If you are old do not buy this scooter .The scooter looks nice and well made, that’s it, unless you have a very strong person to put it back and for in the trunk of your car will be useful . I will not buy anything from this dealer, Hope it helps you to make a decision when choosing a dealer. Why Attos will choose these dealers when they have such nice products for certain people that could benefit by using them. Is beyond me.
