Thom, the repairman from Med Mart in Kettering, arrived on time, was thorough, friendly and very knowledgeable. He did excellent work replacing the scissors on my lift chair. This was not the first time he has replaced something on my lift chair. He replaced the remote another time. It doesn't take him long at all to correctly diagnose the problems. Thom definitely knows what he's doing.

I'm choosing a rather neutral rating because I haven't received the order. It is taking longer than anticipated, but that is not the fault of Med Mart website which seems easily navigable. I made the payment when I placed the order. It was a few days before they told me when my payment was accepted. Several days later, notified my order had been placed. Still waiting for confirmation that it has been shipped at which time I'll be given a tracking number. It has been a week now since ordering on line. Overall, it is pleasant to do business with them.
