This absolutely works to get my husband to a standing position to transfer on and off commode, chair, etc. However, there are a few things we would change. We found that the belt itself is too narrow - 8 inches is not wide enough for my husbands body, and he is not a large man. It should probably be at least 12 inches. And no matter how tightly my son cinches it, as soon as the lifting starts, it rides up under his arms - it doesn't stay at his waist. We've added extra padding at the sides for his comfort. That said, it is a definite game changer as far as cleaning him after a bowel movement, and changing the dressing from a bed sore on his bottom

Easy to assemble, and easy to maneuver.

I placed an order on line and had a question about a first time discount. Chris Ext #5(Did not write her name down, not sure if it is the right name) was very friendly and helpful to answer my question.

So far I’m not pleased at all. There was a mix up with the photo and style of the bed I was ordering which I picked up on after the order was placed. I called immediately and was told the order couldn’t be changed but they could write a little note at the end of the order stating which style bed I wanted. I asked if they could call the manufacturer and was told no . This little note was placed under “gift message” at the very end of the order. I am not at all confident the correct bed will be delivered. They did write up a ‘ new fake’ invoice that was correct but it only came to me and not sent to the manufacturer. Now I can’t seem to reach customer service as I’m placed on hold and then the music stops and nothing…….. For an $8,000.00 product I feel this is pretty poor service. I did receive one email stating the bed should ship out “on or before 3/17/25 “ and to go online to check updates which I can’t find. Can’t call. Today is 3/13 and I’d just like an update. I am fully handicapped and need to arrange moving men and delivery of a new mattress from Jordan’s furniture, who have been wonderful, as well as the moving men in being on standby for when I get the bed delivered. Wish I had gone through Spinlife instead. I did buy a Shower Buddy from Med Mart years ago and had no problem then. Hopefully I can come back and update this review as successful.

Tried to cancle part of order. They said it had already been shipped. I checked to tracking number and they said it had yet to receive the package to ship. They sent it anyway. I received package, never opened it and asked for RMA to return it. They told me I couldn't return it because it is a product that can come I'm contact with skin. I told them that the package was still in the shipping container and never opened. They still said no.
