My husband's current hoyer lift broke down this morning. It is old and clunky, and the second time this battery pack has gone down. I already have a set to stand with this company that I've had no issues with. I knew to come here to get a replacement Hoyer. Darrell Flunker was my chat rep and he was amazing and very patient. He stayed with me until He was sure I had everything I needed for my order! I will always use MedMart for all of these kinds of needs.
