This place has everything wrong from customer service to upholding their warranty policy to making an effort for repairs to get done. Ultimately the company failed us in every aspect and we had to go directly through Pride to get any service.. I will never purchase through Medmart ever again. I would suggest that you exercise caution ordering anything of value, with hope the warranty work will be honored at all. They will drag their feet on the warranty. Almost like they don't wish to honor what was paid for. They screwed us around for easily 5 months at med mart. Their customer service and ability to uphold their warranties and company values is a 0 out of 10.

You can respond to a call without going through a sales call instead of being able to reach help someone who can respond when you get a new chair and the tire wont hold air. I dont need discount on new products when I can not get a response on what I just purchased.

Its going to take a full month to get my bed delivered. The bed itself is great, but the installers were a nightmare,. They made a watery dirty mess by spilling the cat water bowl, did NOT set the feet on the bed to the correct height even after attempt #2 (my wife had to correct the feet issue after they left), they did not reinstall the headboard nor did they cleanup the watery mess they had made.
